GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please take note of our jewellery care guide before purchasing your jewellery. To keep your jewellery at is its best, you must follow this care guide.

​

1) Remove when Swimming and bathing - Chlorine, salty water and shower products can damage the resin on your jewellery.

2) Take it off when applying purfume/hand sanitiser - It’s best  to remove your jewellery when applying perfume, cosmetics, hair spray, lotions and hand sanitisers as these contain harsh chemicals.

3)  Remove when house cleaning - Harsh chemicals found in cleaning products will damage the finish of your jewellery piece instantly. Rings, in particular, can be easily bent or scratched.

# Do not leave, wear or store your jewellery in direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure in direct sunlight can cause the resin to discolour and soften

Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of these products and ordering the jewellery in to meet your personal requirements, we do not offer any refunds. This policy stands from the moment a purchase is made however, please get in touch with us if you do encounter a problem with your jewellery to see if we can resolve the issue.

Images and Artistic Input

 

1. We aim to ensure that the jewellery(s) are of the highest artistic merit so please leave detailed instructions about any specific requirements you may have in the description box at the time of purchasing.

2. When you purchase your jewellery, you are paying for the planning, artistic input, materials, expertise and delivery of high quality products.

3. We aim to have jewellery completed and presented to you within a four to seven week turnaround time frame. Please be aware that the drying process can take longer or shorter depending on the ambient temperature. . We want your jewellery to be perfect, not rushed.

4. We request that if you distribute photographs of our work you make known that they were created by Timeless Jewellery

5. Unless you state otherwise, we are entitled to use images taken at time of your making your jewellery as marketing images, for example, on social media and at trade events.
