How To Place Your Jewellery Order

We have tried to make our website as user friendly as possible so please do contact us if you come across any problems or struggle to navigate your way through.

# Under the memorial jewellery header you will see a drop down menu of all the types of jewellery we offer.

 

# Click on the jewellery you would like to browse through.

# You will find all the jewellery pieces we have here with a photo, name and price.

# Click on the piece of jewellery you would like to find more information on.

​

# On the left hand side there are photos of the item that you can scroll through. Here you will find all the colours and opals we have available. And on the right hand side, you will find the product description (you may need to press "click more" here) and several drop down menus to include colour, encasement type, encasement visibility, ring size or chain length. There are also boxes for you to type any particular instructions you may have i.e if you would like ashes on pink and hair on blue in the same piece of jewelley then please let us know.

# Once you have filled in the drop down options, click "add to basket".

# You will find a summary of your order. Check everything is correct. If you have a discount code, you can add it in here under "add promo code" Then click checkout or checkout with card or klarna and follow the instructions given.
